Brad has over 28 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry including midstream, downstream, turnaround, and maintenance projects. For the past 11 years he has led the estimating, cost control, and invoicing departments at Ventech Engineers International LLC.
He is recognized as a skilled estimator and financial analyst, with a proven ability to find cost-saving opportunities on process-plant projects. He is adept at providing and reviewing cost estimates for projects at any stage in their life cycle: conceptual, front-end development, detailed design, fabrication, and construction.
Brad’s management experience is highlighted by his ability to effectively lead estimating and cost control staff on concurrent large-scale projects. He has successfully provided proposals, T&M target pricing, lump sum estimating, change-order pricing and management, risk management, progress tracking, financial data analysis, budgeting, strategic data research, financial models and trend forecasting, productivity analysis, and capital evaluation.
He is skilled with industry-standard estimating and project controls software to include: EQ, SAP, ICARUS, MS Projects, IPMS, and PCMS.
